Persons who 6ufler from indigestion can
not expect to live long, because they can
not eat the food required’to nourish the
body, and the products of the undigested
foods they do eat poison the blood. It is
important to cure indigestion as soon as
possible, and the best method of doing this
is to use the preparation known as Kodol
Dyspedsia Cure, It digests what you eat
and restores all the digestive organa to
perfect health.

albuminous foods. There is one prepara

that is Kodol Dyspepsia Cure. It cures the
worse cases of indigestion and gives in

SECRET SERVICE TO-NIGHT.
William Gillette’s “Secret Service”

AN APPEAL.
The Brunswick Humane Society
wishes to appeal, through the columns
of the Times*Cali,, to all owners of I
horses and mules in this city, to give
them care and attention during the
cold and inclement weather. Hack
horses stand for hours at the station
in a down pour of rain, or exposed
to the cold, and in front of the opera
bouse under the same conditions, at
street comers and elsewhere, with no
covering to proteot them.
With a small outlay of money, in
comparison with the benefit to the ani
mal (viewed merely in the light of a
money-producing piece of property,)
rubber blankets for, rainy weather,
and woolen ones for the cold, could be
bought by the owners of the animals,
and their days of usefulness prolonged.
Applealing first to the owners from a
practiosl aland point, and suggesting
their own interest as a motive, the So
ciety begs to call their attention to the
matter from a humanitarian point of
view, nnd trusts some notice may be
taken of the suggestion.
In connection with this subject, the
Society wishes to call the attention of

CONSUMPTION
is, by no means, the dreadful
disease it is thought to be—
in the beginning.
The trouble is: you don’t
know you’ve got it; you don’t
believe it; you won’t believe,
it—till you are forced to.
Then it is dangerous.
Don’t be afraid; but attend
to it quick—you can do it your
self, and at home.
Take Scott’s emulsion at
cod-liver oil, and live carefully
every way.
This is sound doctrine, what
ever you may think or be told;
and, if heeded, will life.
We’ll send you a littlo to try, if yoo Hko.
