The petition of the Brunswick A Birmingham Railroad company, ask ing for the privilege of ereoting a tem porary passenger depot on the east side j of bay street, between Gloucester and F streets, and to ereot certain plat forms to be oonnected with said depot, was received and read. After a discussion, and ciusentof the Lott-Lewis company being gtvsn for tbe ereotion of tbia depot and piri form*, tbe petition was granted as amended, with the unders’andlng tl at the said depot should comply with tut ordinance regulating the construction of buildings in the fire limits.
