Said tract oi land last discribed being gener
ally the "Big Branch'' tract. Said two tracts of
laid above described to be sold for the pui pose
of paying three certain promlsory notes for the
sum of two hundred dollars each, with interest
from date at the rate of eight per cent per an
num and ten per cent attorney fees. The total
amount now due on said notes being six hun
dred dollars as principal, with interest at
the rate of eight per cent per annum from the
fourth day of February, A.D. lbuO. .Said notes
executed and delivered to said W E Ueckn tgle
by said Orton Pyles on June 4th, 18117, and sc
on red by said mortgage, and legally assigned
and transferred to the undersigned, A. Brad
ley Coley by the said Recltnagle on the 4th day
of Kebruaxy, 189s.
Also tor the further purpose of paying the
expenses of collection of said notes including
the cost of advertisement of this sale as pro
vided for in said mortgage. Salo to he for cash,
and the purchase money to be paid on delivery
of the deed to the purchaser.
