Land Sale
GEORGIA, MILLER COUNTY.
Pursuant to powers contained in a
deed to secure debt, executed by G. W.
Cook, payable to D. T. Grow, Nov. 15,
1923, recorded in book IA page 596,
deed records of said co., office clerk su
perior cour, Nov. 24. 1923, and due Oct.
1, 1924, in the principal sum of $392.77,
with interest from maturity, on which
a payment of fifty-two dollars has been
made. Said grantor having failed to
comply with conditions of payment
therein made, grantee therein declares
all above sums as now due; and as above
stated, grantee will proceed to exercise
said powers embodied in the above de
scribed deed to secure debt, and will
for sale, before the court house
door in said co., during the legal hours
of sale, to the highest bidder for cash,
on Oct. 24. 1925, the following land as
described in snid deed to secure debt:
1 Building lot in the city of Colquitt,
Ga. 13 diet, of said co. off lot land no.
one hundred fifty-two, described as fol
lows: On south by Pine street, on east
by residence of Mrs Clara Williams Mil
ler in which she now resides, on north
by lands ol Mrs. J. S. Wilkin, on west
bylands of Mis. R. W. Grow, and being
the east lot between residences now oc
cupied by Mrs Clara Williams Millet
and Carlie Brooks, and being one hun
dred feet east and west and three hun
dred feet north and south.
The grantee now complies with said
terms of deed to secure debt by adver
tising in the Miller Count" Liberal for
two consecutive issues, and the under
signed will executed in the name of G.
W. Cook a deed in fee simple to the
purchaser at said sale, and such re
mainder, if any, will be rendered said
G. W. Cook, this Oct. 12, 1925.

Said security deed being recorded in
Book 11, page 523 deed records of Mil
ler County, Georgia. The last men
tioned note and security deed being
tranferred by the said Swift <S Com
pany to B. E. Houston, the transfer
of being recorded in Hook 12. page 350
need records of Miller County, Georgia;
the proceeds of said sale as heretofore
stated will be used for, the payment of
the principal and interest on the first
note described and for the payment of
Che principal and interest on the second
note herein described and the expenses
of said sale and the overplus, if any,
will be paid to the administratrix, of
the estate of Mrs. Huttie McNair,
deceased, if any; if none then to the
heirs of the said Mrs. Hattie McNair,
deceased, who have reached their
majority, if any, and to the duly and
legally qualified guardian, of the pro
perty if any, of the minor heirs if any,
of the said Mrs Hattie McNair, deceas
ed. The purchaser at said sale will re
ceive title to said property iu accor
dance with the terms and conditions
embraced in the fir«t mentioned securi
