their benefit, and gain, only, the fol
owing described property. Fifty acres
of land in lot number twenty one in the
twenty sixth district of Miller County,
Georgia, described as follows: Com
mencing at the Northwest corner of
laid lot, and running South 490 yards,
thence East 498 yards, thence to the
North line of said lot, thence West to
starting point.
Also 20 acres of land located as fol
lows:
Beginning at a point on the North
line of lot of land No. 21. in. the 26th.
District of Miller County Georgia, a
distance of 499 yards East of the
Northwest corner of said lot, and run
ling South a distance of 490 yards,
thence East a distance of 1961-4 yards,
thence North to the North line of said
lot a distance of 490 yards thence to
ooint of beginning a distance of 196-1-4
yards.
3. That said property is run down,
louses, barnes and fences are in need
>f repair, and said Minors are not
finicially prepared or fixed to make
these necessary repairs, so for this
reason the lands will not be rented foi
the year 1926, and it will be to the in
terest of said Minors to sell these
lands and reinvest in other property
that are not in need of repairs. The
laid Minors are also in achocl in Donal
sonville and for this reason it will beni
fit them to have their property near
them so that the rents, renters, or
■roppers may be looked after.

first Tuesday tn December. 1925,
within the legal houra. of sale,
to the highest bidder for cash, the
foilowing described property, to-wit:
All of the east half of lot of land No.
341 in the 12th District of Miller
County, Georgia, containing 134 acres,
more or less, bounded as follows; north
by lands of Babcock Bros. Lumber
Company, east by lands of C. R.
Brown, south by lands of Babcock
Bros. Lumber Co., west by lands ol
Ollie Cook.
Said property will be sold as ti e
property of L. L. Brown under and by
virtue of the power of sale contained
in a certain deed to secure debt, exe
cuted by L. L. Brown to the Federal
Land Bank of Columbia, on the 21st
day of October, 1922. deed appearing
of record in the Clerk’s office of the
Superior Court of Miller county,
Georgia, in Deed Book 10, page 513,
which said deed was executed to secure
the payment of a certain promissory
note for the principal sum of Eight
Hundred Dollars, payable in install
meats. Default having been made in
the payment of two installments of
said note, the entire amount oi said
note has been declared due and collect i
ole and said property will be sold as
stipulated in said deed, 'lhe proceeds
of the sale of said property will be
applied first to the payment of the
principal and interest du3 on said note,
and the cost of this advertisement.
The remainder, if any, will be paid to
said L. L. Brown, or his assigns.

the purchaser in the name of said L. L.
Brown, us provided in said deed.
