Whereas, James G. Kimbrel of Mil
ler County, Georgia, by his Warranty
Deed dated September 18, 1919 and duly
recorded in Book 7 at page 551 of the
Land Records of Miller County, Geor
gia, conveyed to the Pearsons-Taft
Land Credit Company, a corporation,
the following described real estate in
Miller County, Georgia, to-wit:
All of Lot 262 except the West 50
acres of the North 75 acres; the West
75 acres of Lot 292; and all of Lot 293;
except two acres in the Southwest cor
ner thereof; all in the 12th Land Dis
trict.
To secure the promissory note of
said James G. Kimbrel for the sum of
Ten Hundred Eighty-nine and 45-100
Dollars payable in install
ments, and in said deed provided that
in event of the default in dayment of
any installment of said note, said Com
pany might declare the unpaid balance
thereol at once due and payable and
sell said Lmd fo,' the payment
thereof; and
Whereas, the installment of said
note due January ’!, 1025 was not paid
