16-13-30 (Violation of the
Georgia Controlled Substance
Act). The conduct giving
rise to the forfeiture is as fol
lows: On 02-08-2009 I was
called by Georgia State Patrol
to respond to 9151 Hwy. 29
South in reference to a vehicle
they had stopped. Upon arrival
I met with Trooper Matthews
who stated that he had found
an off white crystal substance
that had field tested positive
for methamphetamine. He had
also found an off white sub
stance he believed to be crack
cocaine. Matthews stated that
the suspected crack was found
on the person of Sanantonio
Wooten and the metham
phetamine was found in the
trunk of the car which was
driven by Demario Thomas.
Matthews asked me to take
custody of the money from the
two individuals and the vehicle
for condemnation purposes.
Pursuant to Official Code of
Georgia Annotated Section
16-13-49(n) this property is
subject to forfeiture. Any per
son claiming an ownership
interest in this property may
file a claim within thirty (30)
days after the second publica
tion of this notice by sending
the claim to the seizing agency
and to the district attorney by
certified mail or statutory over
night delivery, return receipt
requested. Otherwise, the
property will be forfeited and
disposed of according to law.

from STEVIE WALKER, at
MADISON COUNTY, GA, for
violations of Official Code of
Georgia Annotated Section
16-13-30 (Violation of the
Georgia Controlled Substance
Act). The conduct giving rise
to the forfeiture is as fol
lows: A search warrant was
executed at 776 Childers Rd.
in Colbert, Madison County,
GA. During the search, Agent
Gaddy located two $20 bills in
marked U.S. currency that was
used in an earlier narcotics
purchase from Stevie Walker.
During entry, Walker managed
to flush approximately 5 grams
of suspected crack cocaine
into the septic tank. The
septic tank was opened and
the suspected crack cocaine
was recovered. The marked
U.S. currency was located in
the master bedroom of the
residence with the $2,540 of
U.S. currency that was seized.
Pursuant to Official Code of
Georgia Annotated Section
16-13-49(n) this property is

a paper envelope containing 2
Acetaminophen Propoxyphene
(Schedule IV narcotic), an
opened box of sandwich sized
baggies, a marijuana grinder,
a multi colored glass smoking
pipe, and a roll of U.S. curren
cy totaling $945.00. Pursuant
to Official Code of Georgia
Annotated Section 16-13-49(n)
this property is subject to for
feiture. Any person claiming
an ownership interest in this
