On 04-03-2009 a search war
rant was conducted at the
residence of Stacy Labrund
Allen. Prior to the search war
rant law enforcement officials
made contact with Allen at
his store in Carlton. Allen had
in his possession about an
ounce of an off-white rock
like substance suspected to
be crack cocaine. Agents had
also bought suspected crack
cocaine from Allen prior to
the search warrant. Pursuant
to Official Code of Georgia
Annotated Section 16-13-
49(n) this property is sub
ject to forfeiture. Any person
claiming an ownership inter
est in this property may file a
claim within thirty (30) days
after the second publication
of this notice by sending the
claim to the seizing agency
and to the district attorney by
certified mail or statutory over
