Bom on February 1, 1914, in Chiefland, Fla., she was the daughter of the late James and Mahalee Sheppard Hodges. She was a homemak er and a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Palm Coast, Fla. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Anderson. Survivors include a daugh ter and son-in-law, Shirley Anderson Guthrie and Dr. Fred F. Guthrie Jr., Bishop; grandchildren, Fred Guthrie III, Bishop, Anne Sorrell, Flovilla, Ala., Ruth Guthrie, Watkins ville; nine great grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Born in Gwinnett County, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Mattie Bell Kimbell Littleton. She was of the Baptist denomination and had been employed by R & R Manufacturing Company. Mrs. Barnette was preceded in death by sons, Terry, James and Billy Barnette. He was a former res ident of Monticello, Ky„ and Beaver Creek, Ohio. He and his wife owned and operated Cassady Wood Specialties in Dayton, Ohio, for 40 years. He was a former General Motors employee and was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II, and was a member of the Winder First United Methodist Church. Mr. Cassady was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Fender; and son, Gary Eugene Cassady. Survivors include his wife, Frances Bellamy Cassady, Winder; children, Cheryl Hurr, Winder, Carolyn Sauls, Cedartown, and Larry E. Born in Hart County on February 23, 1924, he was the son of the late Comas Hoyt and Florence Rucker Denny. He was a former Hart County Sheriff Deputy and was retired as a revenue agent, having worked with the State of Georgia. He was a cattle and poultry farmer, member of Hart County Cattleman’s Association, and member of the Holly Springs Baptist Church, where he was a for mer deacon. Mr. Denny was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Fowler Denny. He was a farmer, was retired from Trell Rail Cars, was a pioneer in farm-raised catfish, a for mer Farm Bureau Farmer of the Year in the mid 1970s, and was a member of the White Plains Baptist Church. Mr. Gooch was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Wilbanks.
