JULY 23 2009 Social News Mr. Seabolt, Miss David Seabolt, David to wed Aug. 22 Michael and Myra David of Nicholson announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lee David, to Jody Benson Seabolt, son of Novalee Seabolt, Danielsville, and Jerry Smallwood, Commerce. The couple will be wed Saturday, Aug. 22, at 3 p.m. at Ridgeway Baptist Church, Commerce. Miss David is the granddaughter of Loretta Barnes, Commerce, and the late Travis Barnes; and Hayden David, Nicholson, and the late Sara David. She is a 2007 graduate of Commerce High School and attends Athens Technical College. Mr. Seabolt is the grandson of the late Sara Nell and William Seabolt, formerly of Danielsville; Thomas Smallwood, Commerce, and the late Onita Smallwood. He is a 2006 graduate of Banks County High School and is employed by the Jackson County Sheriffs Office. Hunsinger reunion set for Aug. 9 The descendents of the Amanda Anderson and Dewey Hunsinger family will hold their annual reunion beginning at 8 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 9, at Singing Pines, on Lake Hartwell (off Hwy. 29 in South Carolina). Mr. and Mrs. Larkins Larkins, Drake united in marriage Paula Kay Drake and David Guy Larkins were joined in holy matrimony July 17, 2009, 10 a.m. at the Madison County Memorial Park gazebo. The Honorable Cody Cross, probate judge, officiated the ceremony, which was attended by their parents, John and Kay Blocker and Guy and Sharon Larkins as well as the couple’s children. The bride is a loan officer for Merchant’s and Farmer’s Bank. The groom is a deputy sheriff for Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. After a honeymoon/family vacation in Hilton Head, S.C., the newly-joined family will reside in Colbert.
