1996 Dodge Intrepid Black in
color, Tag# BCT1790, VIN#
2B3HD46T4TH261858, was
seized for administrative for
feiture from LESLEY DALE
MILLER, at Madison County
Sheriff’s Office, for violations
of Official Code of Georgia
Annotated Section 16-13-
30 (Violation of the Georgia
Controlled Substance Act).
The conduct giving rise to the
forfeiture is as follows: On
10-06-2009 a traffic stop was
conducted on Ms. Miller. After
finding that Miller’s license was
suspended, she was asked
for consent to search her
vehicle to which she agreed.
In her purse, which was on
the front seat, was a digital
scale, tally sheet, numerous
unused jewelry type baggies,
a glass smoking device, a
small baggie containing an off
white crystal substance that
field tested positive for meth-
amphetamine, and $2,630.00
in U.S. currency. Pursuant
to Official Code of Georgia
Annotated Section 16-13-49(n)
this property is subject to for
feiture. Any person claiming
an ownership interest in this
property may file a claim within
thirty (30) days after the sec
ond publication of this notice
by sending the claim to the
seizing agency and to the dis
trict attorney by certified mail

Act). The conduct giving rise
to the forfeiture is as follows:

a quantity of crack cocaine
in Hull, Madison County, Ga.
When Terrell arrived and was
stopped by deputies he was
in possession of marijuana,
crack cocaine (35 rocks) and

On 10-08-2009 Ms. Woodall
came through a driver safe
ty checkpoint set up by the
Madison County Sheriffs
Office Traffic Unit. Woodall’s
truck was unregistered and
she was asked for consent to
walk the K-9 around her truck
to which she agreed. The dog
alerted on the driver side door
of the truck. After removing the
occupants Deputies found a
clear glass smoking pipe in the
truck with considerable resi
due in the pipe. Also located in
the truck was $277.00 in U.S.
currency. Pursuant to Official
Code of Georgia Annotated
Section 16-13-49(n) this prop
erty is subject to forfeiture. Any
