This law firm is acting as a
debt collector attempting to
collect a debt. Any information
obtained will be used for that
purpose.
On the 21 st day of July 2011,
WATSON HOME BUILDERS,
INC., (“Watson”) executed a
Renewal Promissory Note in
the sum of $74,173.59, guaran
teed by TIMOTHY J. WATSON
by Guaranty dated July 22,
2010, together with Commercial
Security Agreement dated July
22, 2010, all of which are payable
to GEORGIA BANK & TRUST
COMPANY OF AUGUSTA,
(“Georgia Bank”); and, said Note
being secured by two (2) Deeds
to Secure Debt and Assignment
of Rents December 13, 2007,
conveying property described in
Exhibit “A” attached, and record
ed in the Office of the Clerk
of Superior Court of Madison
County, Georgia, in Deed Book
01073, Pages 0172-0176 and
Deed Book 01073, Pages 01073,
Pages 0177-0181.
Default has been made in the
payment of installments. Georgia
Bank declared the entire unpaid
indebtedness due and payable
in accordance with the terms of
said Renewal Notes, and the
same has not been paid.
The Deeds to Secure Debt
and Assignment of Rents pro
vides that when the Renewal
Promissory Note secured there
by become due and are not paid,
that said property may be sold
before the Courthouse door of
Madison County, Georgia, upon
Georgia Bank first giving notice
of the place and terms of such
sale (1) time a week for (4)
weeks in the newspaper in which
the sheriff’s advertisements are
published, and where said prop
erty is located.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant
to the powers contained therein,
the property will be sold before
the Courthouse door in Madison
County, Georgia, at public out
cry on the first Tuesday in May

Georgia Bank will convey title
