"They will be able to tap

"We are excited to open

Man sentenced to life for murder
A man was sentenced Thursday to life in
prison for the murder of a Jackson County
man in 2013 in Arcade.
Mou Moua, 41, pled guilty to felony mur
der and aggravated assault. He received a
life sentence, with the possibility of parole,
and was also banished from the Piedmont
Judicial Circuit for life.
The charges stem from the murder in
2013, believed to have occurred between
July 4-8, of Larry Durham, 66, at his home
on Azalia Drive. Moua allegedly fled the
area after the murder and an extensive search
ended with his arrest in California in late
2013 for the sexual assault of a female. He
was held in the Los Angeles area until being
extradited to Georgia last week to face the
murder charges.
