telephone reassurance,
friendly visiting, outreach,
and grandparents raising
grandchildren); in-home
services (homemaker,
personal support and
respite care); elderly le
gal assistance program;
georgiacares; informa
tion and assistance -211;
health promotion/ well
ness; adult day health
and food service vendor/
daily meal preparation
service.
These programs are
made possible with funds
received through the
Georgia Department of
Human Services’ Division
