MCGINNIS NAMED FFA ‘SUPPORTER OF THE MONTH
Angie McGinnis was named the Madison County High School FFA Chapter’s
“Supporter for the Month” for November. She is very involved with the Comer
Lions Club as well as the Madison County Alumni. “She constantly supports our
students in all of their affairs and is always willing to lend a hand,” said teachers.
She first became involved with the Lions Club because they wanted to start an
open livestock show. She then stated that she became involved with the alumni
because of her brother and cousin who were involved in her local chapter. She
also believes that it is important to support FFA because, “we all have to eat, and
our kids have a lot to learn and a long way to go, so we should support them in
all that they do, and especially since agriculture is involved in all that we do.”
“The high school chapter is very thankful for her continuous support and we
look forward to our future affairs with her,” said teachers.
