The wind for the last eight

prevented vessels from going to

“ In the N. W. corner of the

most eligible position, the new
American East-Indiaman called
the Orozimbo, of Baltimore, 800
tons burthen, consigned to Mr.
W. Lees, American merchant of
this town, esteemed for the ex
cellence of her materials and
workmanship, beauty of her
model, and symmetry of her pio
portion, one of the finest mer

for the occasion most magnifi
cently, and in correct nautical
stjle, with an immense variety of
flags and colours of the most live

the commanders of all the other
American ships in the harbor
contributed, extending from th'e
head of the foretop gallant royal,
dowri the royal stay, to the ex

of the foretop gallant royal ; and
in the right hand of the figure

very large real ostrich feathers,so
disposed as to resemble the
Prince’s Crest; and the other an
Indian wampum, emblematic of
peace and harmony. Ihe tops

130 fine American seamen, all
uniformly dressed in biue jack

ribbons round their hats ; who on
the approach of the Royal Party,
saluted them with three hearty
cheers, which were returned by
the surtounding populace, who

were repeated on their departure.
