death of his master John Suther
land, ol M’lutosh county, Geor
gia—the certificate of his freedom
that he produces, has the mark of
the said John Sutherland, and is
witnessed by David H. Garrall,
Thomas Dyall and JainesEilands,
all appearing to be the same hand
writing. The owner, by proving
property, and paying charges,
may have said negro.

closure of the. equity of redemp
tion on the following premises:
ALL that lot of land in the city
of .Savannah, known by the num
ber five, third tything Reynolds
Ward, containig sixty feet in
width and ninety feet in depth ;
with the improvements thereon,
mortgaged by Elizabeth Haunt,
now Elizabeth Dowell, Robert
Bolton, & Justus Hartman Scheu
ber, guardians of the person of
the said John Haupt, and trustees
of the property ot the said John
Haupt, by virtue of an order of
the hott. the superior court of
Chatham County aforesaid in the
said Christina Dasher, for the sum
of eighty pounds sterling, equal
to three hundred and forty-two
dollars eighty-five cents seven
mills and one-seventh monies of
the United States, on the sixth
day of May, which was in the
year one thousand seven hundred
and ninety-nine, &on motion of
Mr. CUY'LER , Attorney for the
petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED BY THE
COURT, that the principal, in
terest and costs due upon said
mortgaged property, be paid into
Court within twelve months from
this date, and unless the same be
so paid, the equity of redemption
shall thenceforth be foreclosed and
other proceedings take place pur
suant to the act of assembly in
such case made and provided.
And it is further ordered, in
pursuance ol said act that this rule
be publihed in one of the Public
Gazettes, of this state at leas once
in every Month until the time ap
pointed for payment, or served on
the Mortgagers, or their special
agent, at least six months previ
ous to the time the said money is
ordered to lie paid into Court a,
aforesaid.
