Agreeably *. an order of tbe Superior
Court of Greene county, l offer for sale a tract of
Land, containing 4GO Acres more or less, lying on
the Oconee River, 10 miles from Greensboro, oo the
Road leading to Scull Shoals. There are about 100
acres of Cotton land, and about the same amount in
Woods, well timbered. Tbe place lias on it a good
Dwelling House, Gin-house, Packing-screw, and all
necessary Out-buildings. I will sell with the Plan
tation, Corn, Fodder, and some Stock, or separate
if desired. If not disposed of privately before that
time, it will be sold to the highest bidder in the City
of Greensboro, on the Ist Tuesday in December.—
Said property sold as a Trust, a different investment
of the proceeds being deemed advisable.

The preliminary lectures to the fail term com
