costume balls.
Celebrity Halloween is the
theme of Sweet Gum Head’s
costume party to be held (when
else) on Friday, October 31st.
Cash for'the Celebrity Look-alike,
Best Impersonator and Most
Orginial Costume. You can bet
there will be many Marilyn
Monroes, Mae Wests and Charlie
Chaplins there
Peyton Place, Back Street and
Chib III and Mrs. P’s have plans
in the works from a Leather Witch
to an old fashion carnival.
Mother’s First Annual
Halloween Costume Ball will be
exceptional. Cash prizes in four
categories: $250 for the best
“Mother’s” Costume, Best
Costume winner will receive
$200. Funniest and Most
Original, winners will get $150
each. Mother’s young crowd is
sure to turn it in the most
stunning 1 and extravagant
Fantasyland imaginable on

Smuggler’s Inn on Peachtree at
Brookwood station has turned
disco-dancing and whatever.
Well, they have scrumptious
cocktails and fabulous dinners and
wine, (and a waiter who loves to
do a strip) Much atmosphere -
the “in” type. Sebastian will be
there to greet you and show you

I attended the Thank You
Atlanta bash at the Atlanta
Locker Room......it was just
great. The food the drinks, the -
,oops, I almost said it - were
enjoyed by about 300 hundred
guests. ROBBIE-you and STEVE
really know how to do a
night..... now we thank
you! After Dark Cinema opened
last week with a great film
“Erotikus,”.the story of the gay
movie. RON BEASLEY an I sat •
should say screamed - through
those hot scenes. He plans to
make sure Atlanta see those great
gay erotic classics we read about
but could never see except when
we’re out of town. After Dark
Cinema is at 1067 Peachtree and
would you believe Tackiest.

tennial pageant before Hallowe -
en? Well while you’ re there
dig out the red, white and blue for
the Onyx pageant on the 29th.
The competition is Sportswear,
Evening Dress, and Hairstyle,
that’s Wednesday nite.
Down at the Cove, Friday nite a
Jack-O-Lantern look-a-like
contest and on Saturday nite its
“Drag Out Drag Again” nite with
cash prizes. My Lord, won’t the
drags have a time deciding where
to go. What to wear is problem
enough.....as Phyllis says:
“Thats show biz.”
Great news for the dancers,
The Sting.... has reopened and
has a new manager, LOU, and
has a new no cover policy. They
have changed the lights, and
repainted. The disco sound is just
hot with Michael “The Ratman.”
Big Halloween party - dress up or
