THEATRE
I HATE HAMLET the final production of the Town &
Gown Players' 50th Anniversary season is the raucous
comedy I Hate Hamlet, by Paul Rudnick (acclaimed
screenwriter of the Stepford Wives, In & Out, Jeffrey).
A soap opera actor moves into the home of the late
John Barrymore to prepare for the role on
Shakespeare's doomed Prince of Denmark, only to
have the ghost of the great actor himself show up to
"help" him out. Athens Community Theatre on
Thursday, July 29-Saturday, July 31 at 8 p.m.,

"FIGHTING FOR AIDS AWARENESS" Fifteen official
