itsetf, an anomaly, and not part of a widespread
pattern of neglect.
Reasons abound for turning the head when
faced with impending disaster, and most if not
ait of them are strictly monetary. For example,
New Orleans was a potential disaster, it was
recognized as such; however, instead of FfMA
and other government agencies preparing for the
coming deluge and subsequent deaths, the gov
ernment instead privatized disaster planning.
Privatization has become the greedy boon
doggle of this administration. If you cannot
appoint a crony to fill a position which clearly
requires a seasoned professional then priva
tize. Sell it off to a someone who can make an
obscene profit from the privatization and. one
would assume, provide a hefty kickback to the
administration or the political party. Boss Tweed
had nothing like the slick, well-coordinated milk
ing of the people for private gain; today it has
become an art form.
Sadly, many honorable and civic-minded peo
ple have been thoroughly deceived by the sort of
'anti christ* that rules our land today. They can
not see the massive illegalities being committed,
and the stage being set for even larger inflictions
of corruption against us all. One would think
these otherwise decent people would be open to
examining the facts, open to discussions of what
is happening, instead of steadfastly defending
the man they thought was ready to lead us, hand
in hand with God himsetf.
The affairs currently playing out in
Washington, DC are without explanation, without
rhyme or reason, except when viewed strictty as
power and money grabbing at the cost of indi
vidual and national liberties, and the structures
that allow commerce to flow and civilization to
spread. Evil has become so common, it is second
nature; there appears to be no limit to our be
trayal. Even the oppositional party has thrown
m the towel and joined in the rape, pillage and
plunder of the U.S.A. (and the world) for private
gam on an ever widening, massive scale.
How can one sit calmly, night in and night
out. watching TV programs and movies, being
lulled into acquiescence, seeing no need to pro
test, or lacking the courage to even lift a phone
and call their representatives to register com
plaints? Video, along with cooled-down, go-along
forms of religiosity have indeed become opiates
of the people.
Our government wages war on the little
guy, and allows the white-collar criminal to pay
theii way out through the use of high-priced
attorneys. We provide cover and support for the
growth of cocaine in South America, and opium
in the Middle East—surely big players are making
fortunes—but punishment does not get meted
out to the perpetrators, only to the fall guys.
It has become a way of locking away those per
ceived to be a potential threat to the community
while the giants sucking the moral fiber from our
nation go unpunished, ihis is justice?
Attack from a foreign source, on our own
land, even though there was knowledge of some
thing big being prepared for within our country,
has been twisted into a way of stealing the God-
given rights away from the people of the United
States. Our government is not honoring the
Constitution under which it gains its mandate to
operate. Our leaders are falsely swearing, on the
Holy Writ, that they will defend our Constitution,
but they lied. Apparently their word means noth
ing—that is reason for great waiting, for lamen
tations, for cries to God to restore unto us that
which government is trying to take away from us.
every single day this administration is in power.
The world must awake to what is going on
in the U.S.A. We must all speak out, or future
generations will become little better than slaves
to the corporations; and there will be only two
classes worldwide: the super rich, and everyone
else (the poor). Then it will be too late, and we
may never regain our freedoms—forever lost to
the servants of Mammon.
