Gantt’S Proposition —Gins
Repaired.
As the period Is rapidly approaching when
the snowy fleece will be coming In from our
fields, every farmer should see to it that his gin
is in the best working condition. The price of
fotton is largely affected by the manner of its
preparation for market. If the seed is mashed,
or the staple chopped and injured, and sand is
allowed to pass through the brushes, the best
article will not prove remunerative.
Mr. Gantt, of Macon, who is a thoroughly
practical and finished repairer and manufactur
er of gins, offers to make them as good as new
at very moderate cost, and will also pay all
freight charges for one hundred miles to and
from his shops, and half the expense, if the gin
or any portion of it has to be sent under two
hundred miles. His whole life has been devoted
to this business, and the best men of Macon will
testify to his skill and perfect reliability. Read
the card of Mr. Gantt in another column.

OF
Cartkrsvillk, Ga.
This will certify that two members of my im
mediate family, after having suffered for many
years from menstrual Irregularity, and having
been treated without benefit by various medical
doctors, were at length completely cured by one
bottle of Dr. J. Bradtield’s Female Regulator.
Its effect on such cases is truly wonderful, and
well may the remedy be called “ Woman’s Best
Friend.” Yours respectfully,
JAMES W. STRANGE.
