This is our Annual
labor Day Celebration when
the members come to
church dressed in their
work attire, or if retired,
they dress as they formerly
dressed when going to
work. It is during this serv
ice that we celebrate God
for giving us the strength,
knowledge and the job
itself. This is also our dress
down Sunday for every
body. Many of the members
share a sacrificial offering
of one day's wages as a part
pf this celebration. Deacon
J. A. Dandy and Minister
Antoinette Gordon are our
chairs for this day.
I also want to encour
age you to sign up for our
Annual Christian leadership
School which will be held
during October and
November with certified
teachers offering Certificate
of Progress Credits. We
also have a certified
Christian Education Dean

make an impact in the lives
of Savannah-Chatham
Public School students.
The two ministries will
hold a uniform and school
supply give-away.
On Saturday, August
23, 2008, the two churches
will give-a-way uniforms
and school supplies at two
major distribution centers.
The Westside distribution
will occur at Real Life
Christian Fellowship
Family Life Center located
at 841 Crossgate Rd. in Pt.
Wentworth from 10:00 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m. The Southside
distribution will occur on
the grounds of Kingdom
Life Christian Fellowship
located at 328 Tibet Ave in
Savannah from 12 noon to
3:00 p.m.
Each distribution cen
ter will have school sup
plies for each child present.
The school supplies will be
distributed while supplies
last. The Westside center
(Real Life Christian
Fellowship) will also give-
a-way one uniform set per
child present. The uniform
sizes will vary for students
in grades Pre-K to 12 (boys
and girls).

port this most worthwhile
outreach event.
Also, on Saturday,

Life and Kingdom Life and
1230 WSOK will host a
Welcome Back to School
Jam 2008. This event will
be held at the Pt.
Wentworth Elementary
School on the grounds
behind the gymnasium.
The event will start at 1:00
p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m.
There will be free food,
fun, games and live enter
tainment. Vendors and
businesses from all over the
county will be in atten
dance. This outreach event
is to support Savannah
Public School students and
families.
