CHURCH NEWS AND OTHER FEATURES
The Holy Spirit Speaks
Evangelist Rachel Thomas
The Holy Bible stated
that "Those who have ears to
hear, let him hear what the
Spirit is saying to , the church"
(paraphrased).
How do we hear and
who do we hear from? There
are three (3) voices that you
hear-(l) God's voice, (2) your
voice, and (3) the devil's
voice. We must know the dif
ference.
We are now having
Seminars on life in the Spirit
and as children of God we
MUST know and , have the
Spirit of the Living God in
order to please God.
We are holding the semi
nars at the Christian Revival
Center - 2020 Bull Street on
the comer of 37th and Bull
Streets each Friday evening
for one hour 7-8pm. After the
seminars which will end on
May 15th, we will have our
Outreach Teaching Strategies
for the streets (God's Way) on
Friday, June 5, 2009 at 7:00
pm at the Christian Revival
Center on Bull Street.
Surrendering the Holy Spirit
wants to teach us:
1. How to discern His Voice
2. How to understand the lan
guage of the spirit by which
God Communicated to our
spirit. 3. How to sense the
pressure of God’s guidance
upon us when he wants to
lead us in a particular direc
tion.
We can not even begin to
walk in this new realm of the
spirit until we have made a
complete surrender to God of
our natural being, etc.
Living in the Spirit is
not an exciting little detour
from the main pathway of our
Christian faith.
It is not a religious
hobby or an optional extra for
the diversion of the mystical
ly inctined. Living in the
Spirit is the authentic,
Biblical way; of living the
Christian life.
Stay humble, confess
your error to the lord, and
experience His forgiveness
and restoration.
Our thoughts and
prayers are with you.
