Triple X Ryders Motorcycle Club of
Savannah Makes Contribution to
Greenbriar Children’s Center

Greenbriar Children’s
Center, accepted a check
from the Triple X Ryders
Motorcycle Club of
Savannah.
The funds presented
were raised during the
group’s 5th anniversary
charity ride that was held
on September 19.
Greenbriar Children's
Center is a private non
profit agency whose mis
sion is to provide services,
which promote the healthy
development of children
and the strengthening of
families.
Greenbriar is devoted to
the care of children and
youth who have reached
difficult times in their fam
ily life and strive to pro
vide them a normal,
healthy lifestyle.
However, the primary
goal of Greenbriar is to
reunite families with their
children as quickly as pos
sible.

Excellence Black Business
Awards continues the tradi
tion of receiving an impres
sive list of nominees for its
celebration of African
American business leaders
and outstanding individuals.
Nominees range from
young professionals, artist,
retired military personal,
community activist to mem
bers of the clergy. Winners
will be recognized at the
Awards Black Tie Banquet
Gala October 17, 7:00pm at
Savannah Marriott
Riverfront.
After reading the
accomplishments of the
nominees, Estelle Mannion,
coordinator and producer
said, “The judges will have a
difficult task choosing a win
ner in the various categories.
Each person is accomplished
with a spirit of excellence”
Estelle said, “Each nominee
is a winner and my prayer is
to see the place packed with
young people so they can
witness and be motivated by
the positive achievements of
African Americans taking
place right in our communi
ty”
According to Estelle,
the nomination forms that
were received and turned
over to the judges included
nominees in the following
