munity breakfast forum, held
on Saturday February 6,
2010, in the Multipurpose
Annex of the West Broad
Street YMCA.

picture of the history of the
Harris Neck Justice
Movement and its continuing
quest to reclaim, from the
federal government, the
2,824 acres of Harris Neck
for its rightful owners.

Bryant Speaks at Fort Stewart Black
History Event
On Thursday, February
25, 2010, State
Representative Bob Bryant
(D-Garden City) was the
guest speaker at Fort Stewart,
Georgia for a Black History
Month observance program.
Speaking to the 3rd
Infantry Division,
Representative Bryant
remembered famous African-
American military heroes and
told the crowd of over 200
soldiers and civilians of his
personal experience in the
United States Army.
“I was honored to speak
to the fine men and women at
Fort Stewart,” said
Representative Bryant.
“Black History Month allows
us to remember important
aspects of American history
that are often overlooked.
African-Americans have con
tributed to this great country
since its founding and contin
ue to help today. The emer
gence of numerous African-
