Exercise Daily: Exercise
keeps you young, energized,
and strong. It is your 2nd line
of defense against heart attack
and diabetes, and is great for
the lymph and digestive sys
tems.
Take Vitamins Daily: Only by
taking a good multi-vitamin
and multi-mineral supplement
daily can you get all the nutri
ents your body needs to func
tion properly and keep the
immune system able to fight
off acute and chronic illness.
Get up Early: Go to bed early
and de-stress from the day.
Wake early, stretch, breathe in
the clean early morning air.
Also, this is the best time to
exercise.
Avoid Allergens: Research
show that 78% of Americans
have an allergic reaction to
foods. 90% of the time the
allergy will be to one or more
of these common foods. Milk,
cheese, wheat, nuts, soy, shell
fish, tree nuts, peanuts, or eggs.
If you have an adverse reaction
to a food, stop eating it. No
amount of medicine can undo
the damage caused by eating
something that disagrees with
you.
Remove Toxins From
Home: Spray air fresheners,
chemical cleaning supplies,
bug sprays, aluminum and
Teflon or other coated cooking
utensils, PVC, certain tooth
pastes, shampoos, dish wash
ing liquids and nail polish
removers.
Eat Only Clean Foods: Rid
your body and your home of
all Processed foods, and foods
containing saturated fats, artifi
cial colors and artificial sweet
eners. Get rid of food-in-a-box,
micro-waved foods, instant
add-water foods, processed
meats, fish sticks, hotdogs,
meatballs, chips and other
toxins. Some believe it boosts
the immune system and helps
with healing. 90% of respon
ders in a survey reported feel
ing better after a good cry.
Drink Filtered Water:
Municipal water has chlorine,
fluoride and many other chem
icals that are damaging to the
immune systems and to the
body’s systems. Then think
about how water gets to your
faucet: Concrete, lead, and
plastic pipes.

snack foods. Stay away from

Drink More Tea: Studies
prove that both green and black
teas add more antioxidants to
our body. Anti-oxidants are the
key to removing harmful mol
ecules called free radicals. This
is our protection from chronic
diseases such as cancer, heart
disease, stroke, cataracts,
arthritis and Alzheimer’s dis
ease.
Eat less meat: Even though
we’ve been socialized to eat
meat and drink animal’s milk,
research proves over and over
that eating animal protein caus
es many health problems,
among them cancer and pre
mature death.
Eat more fish: Eating wild
caught fish such as Salmon 3 -
4 times per week is a excellent
source of brain and heart
healthy Omega-3 fatty acids,
and vitamins and minerals
which are beneficial to our
health in general.
Farmed fish are raised in dis
ease and parasite - waste filled
pens, and feed antibiotics.
