The 5 th Annu

School Expo is gearing up for
an exciting year. This event
has become one of the largest
family events in Savannah.
Last year this event donat
ed over 5000 bags of school
supplies and this year is no
different. We are requesting
your support to make this
happen again. Parents ap
preciate the valuable infor
mation and donated supplies.
The Ready, Set Go! Back-to-
School event will be held on
Saturday, August 24, 2013 in
the Savannah Civic Center
Arena from 9a.m. - 1p.m.
This year the event
will happen after
school has started, but
the need is still there
for our children. So
many youth attend
school without school
supplies. We ask that
you partner with us to benefit
the children in this commu

support of the Board of Ed
ucation, City of Savannah,
Chatham County Commis
sion, and the participation of
many non-profits organiza
tions, businesses and various
churches to provide valuable
information and donations to
the families.
Parents and youth
will receive information re
garding health, nutrition,
safety, school lunch pro
grams, after school programs
and there will be entertain
ment and food.
