Change Your Water, Change Your Life!
Ionized alkaline wa
ter is a healthy habit you can
start today. Healthy habits
have a lot of benefits and are
a key part of any wellness
program. Attention Deficit
Disorder (ADD) or Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disor
der (ADHD) is a name given
for disorders happening in the
central nervous system. From
Wikipedia: “A neuro-devel-
opmental disorder, or disor
der of neural development, is
an impairment of the growth
and development of the brain
or central nervous system.
A narrower use of the term
refers to a disorder of brain
function that affects emotion,
learning ability and memory
and that unfolds as the in
dividual grows. The term is
sometimes erroneously used
as an exclusive synonym for
autism and autism spectrum
disorders.”
Dr. Corinne Allen
is an international author,
lecturer, researcher and prac
titioner in natural health and
nutrition. Specializing in
Neuro-developmental edu
cation for over 30 years and
is an expert on how to effect
brain health, learning and
behavioral problems without
using drags.
Dr. Corinne Allen under
stands how important hydra
tion is to the brain. She has
had some amazing results
using Kangen’s Ionized Wa
ter And Its Effects on Autism,
Ernestine Murray
Aspergers, ADD, Dyslexia,
Learning Disabilities, Trau
matic Brain Injuries, and Post
Traumatic Stress at her Brain
Center. Dr. Corinne Allen is
one of the leaders in brain
disorders and experience in
brain healing.
This is what Dr.
Corinne has to say about the
brain on water. The brain is
by far the most important
organ in the body. Amazing
ly, it gives you the power to
think, walk, talk, learn, build
relationships, have emotions
and experience what it means
to be alive. Although the av
erage brain weighs just two
pounds and is approximately
85% water, the functioning
of every system of the human
body is entirely dependent
upon the brain and is respon
sible for controlling all of
your motor skills. The brain
is the “master organ” of the
human body.
Take a look at this
list and if you or someone you
know is suffering from any of
these symptoms then most
likely brain dehydration is the
culprit. Anger, depression,
over sensitivity, foggy think
ing, stress, cravings, inabil
ity to get along with people,
weakened immune system,
pessimism, lack of vision,
grouchy, panic attacks, sleep
issues, picky eating. Studies
show that a 1% decrease in
brain hydration equals a 5%
decrease in cognitive func
tions?
Unfortunately many
people think that they are
hydrating the body by drink
ing tea, coffee, soda or juice?
Those drinks don’t help at
all... in fact; they are often
the contributing factors mak
ing things worse. It is also
important to note that all wa
ter is not the same! To learn

Kroger Atlanta Division Announces
Community Rewards Program
Kroger Plus Card
customers throughout the
Atlanta Division - which in
cludes Georgia, South Caro
lina, Northern Alabama and
Eastern Tennessee - will soon
be able to contribute to char
itable organizations of their
choice with each in-store
transaction.
On Sept. 1, Atlanta
Division Kroger stores will
launch its Kroger Commu
nity Rewards® program, a
$750,000 fundraising initia
tive aimed at supporting de
serving schools and non-prof
its. Kroger Plus Card holders
can enroll online at Kroger-
CommunityRewards.com to
earn funds for their favorite
charity. Every time an en
rolled customer shops using
a Kroger Plus Card, he/she
helps a charity of choice raise
money.
“Kroger has and al
ways will be a supporter of
non-profits and schools in the
areas we serve. Our Commu
nity Rewards Program is just
another way for us to pro
vide customers with a way to
give back to causes that are
near and dear to them,” says
Glynn Jenkins, director of
communications and public
relations for Kroger’s Atlanta
Division.
Local schools,
churches and other nonprofit,
501(c)(3) organizations apply
and are approved by Kroger
to be listed on KrogerCom-
munityRewards.com. Kroger
customers can then visit the
site, sign up with their Plus
Cards and select a local orga
nization they wish to support
(limited to one charity per
household). Once enrolled,
customers will earn rewards
for their chosen organization
every time they shop and use
their Plus Cards.
All participants
must re-enroll each year to
continue earning rewards for
their chosen organization.
“The Community
Rewards database has hun
dreds of deserving groups
to which customers can con
tribute,” says Jenkins. “We
are proud to provide another
outlet for monetary giving,
and we look forward to the
impact that will be made.”
If a non-profit organization
or school is not enrolled,
they can visit krogercom-
munityrewards.com for
complete details on the ap
plication process.
