Yoga for Cancer Patients and Survivors At Memorial 6:30 p.m., Tuesdays, and 12:45 p.m., Thursdays, FitnessOne, 3rd floor of the Memorial Outpatient & Well ness Center, Memorial University Medical Center. These weekly yoga classes are free for cancer survivors and those in treatment. The classes help with flexibility and balance while also providing relaxation. The instructor is Yoga Alliance. Print out the fonn available at Rx on the Run; write down the names/dosage of the medications you take Pack all your medications in an air tight plastic bag; include your insurance card. Get an emergency refill if you don’t have at least seven (7) days’ worth of medication with you. GET RECONNECTED: If you need to evac uate and your regular medications are left behind, lost or destroyed, it’s critical to restore access to care that can keep you healthy and out of the hospital during a disaster.
