Opportunity Authority for the administration and
management of the organization. Provides overall

Five years of administration and supervisory experience
in a public or private agency serving low-income clients
Or in a related field Two of the five years required
experience must have been at the management level, A
degree in Sociology, Administration, Urban Studios,
Planning or related field from an accredited College or
University, maybe substituted for two years of the
required formal experience, Must possess ihc positive and
demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement in
appraising situations, making decisions, organizing and
directing the work of groups and agencies, to be able to
effectively organize the community effort and enlist the
support and operation of the general public in furthering
the aims of the agency, lo be able to address audiences
effectively and to deal tactfully and diplomatically with
the general public so as to insure the fullest degree of
cooperation and understanding on the part of the
citizenry.
