This Student Fellowship has well been termed a new day in rac*
relationships. Whereas all other similar movements failed becausj
of the fact that prejudice against Negroes could not be done awaj
with bv the other parties concerned, this movement is profitting tj
that respect, and love, equality, and brotherhood are the ruling mo;
tives In the different conferences held by members of both group
during the conference, conditions peculiar to the white and colorei
people are discussed and a remedy is sought. It is interesting to fim
that the big reasons why there is a feeling of hatred between white
and colored people are: (1) the whites do not know colored peopli
and do not believe that the Negro will be able to meet him half way
fair and square, on all race questions; (2) most white children an
