Carter said reports are required in the following situations: • Conservation Reserve Program acreage must be reported before annual pay ments can be made. • Acreage of fruits and vegetables planted by pro ducers participating in the 7-year Production Flexibility Contracts must be reported. • Producers with PFC contracts desiring com modity loans or Loan Deficiency Payments (LDP’s) after harvest on their feed grains, soybeans or wheat need to report acreage for those crops. LDP’s are payable when the market price for the com modity is less than the county loan rate. • Tobacco acreage must be reported. Acreage reporting requirements depend on the FSA pro grams in which farmers participate. Acreage of crops for which Federal Crop Insurance is not avail able is eligible for the Non insured Assistance Program and must be reported. NAP provides pro ducers of non-insured crops protection compara ble to that of the cata strophic crop insurance program. FORECLOSED HOUSE FOR SALE $125,000 3700 SQ.
