seizure of the above describe proper
ty is as follows: On said date, an offi
cer with Warner Robins Police
Department observed a vehicle that
had been reported stolen. The driver
of the vehicle was searched incident
to arrest. A quantity of cocaine was
found in the front jacket pocket of the
driver of the vehicle.
This property is forfeitable under
O.C.G.A. 16-13-49(d) (2), (3), (4), and
(6) in that it was found in close prox
imity to the contraband, represents
proceeds from illegal drug activity, and
was possessed, used, or available for
use to facilitate a violation of the
Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
