As part of the “World Changers” pro gram, members of the youth group have taken trips as far away as Michigan in the past to undertake similar projects, but this summer they have decided to keep their mission in Perry. Even though the work is hard, their spir its are high. “1 like getting out and helping people,” Miranda Garren explained. Mary Anne Millender put it this way: “People who are really blessed should go out and help others." Kyle Harold called the effort, “being a witness for Christ," and Ginnie Brown said, “It’s nice to be able to do something for someone else." Instead of “World Changers”, they’re calling themselves the “Perry Changers” this summer.
