Pursuant to O.C.G.A, 16-13-49(o),
any party claiming an interest in the fol

by the Warner Robins Police Depart

The conduct that gave rise to the

is as follows: On or about September 9,
1998, members of the Narcotics Intelli
gence Unit executed a search warrant
at 307-A North Fourth Street, Warner
Robins, Houston County, Georgia. Dur
ing the search a large quantity of
cocaine was found in the residence
The property is forfeitable under
O.C.G.A. 16-13-49(d) (2), (3), (4), and
(6) in that It was found in dose proxim
ity to the contraband, represents pro
ceeds from illegal drug activity, and
was possessed, used, or available for
use to fadlitate a violation of the Geor
gia Controlled Substances Act.
