1998, members of the Narcotics Intelli
*gence Unit executed a search warrant at
307-A North Fourth Street, Warner
Robins, Houston County, Georgia. Dur
ing the search a large quantity of cocaine
was found in the residence.
The property is forfeitable under
O.C.G.A. 16-13-49(d) (2), (3), (4), and (6)
in that it was found in dose proximity to
the contraband, represents proceeds
from illegal drug activity, and was pos
sessed, used, or available for use to
facilitate a violation of the Georgia Con
trolled Substances Act.
You are hereby notified that you must
file an answer to the forfeiture action
which complies with O.C.G.A. 16-13-
49(o), within thirty (30) days of the date
of final publication. Said answer must be
filed with the Court and must be served
