Crossroads Methodist to show movie Crossroads United Methodist Church will host "Movie Night” Aug. 22, with a showing of "The Ride", a new Billy Graham film starring Michael Blehn and Brock Pierce. Lake Drive, died on Aug. 12. 1999, at his home. Funeral services were held on Aug. 14 at the Full Gospel Lighthouse Church, with burial in Peny Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Gene McKinney officiated. The Rev. Sapp was born in Macon County and had lived here most of his life. He was a minister and member of the Full Gospel Lighthouse Church. He was also a meat-cutter for Food Max. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and the widower of Maxine Sulli van Sapp. He is survived by his sons, Steve Sapp of Perry, Leroy Leonard Sapp Jr. of Waco, Texas, and Robert M. Sapp of Wetumpka, Ala., 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Houston County, 2066 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, Ga., 31093.
