Mark Taylor will be Grand Marshall of the 24th annual Andersonville His toric Fair parade at 11 a.m., Oct. 2 in the'Civil War Village of Andersonville. Just before the parade, at 10:30 a.m., Taylor will speak briefly at the Wirz monument in the town center. Other events at the Oct. 2 •3 fair include two realistic Civil War battle reenact ments. The first will be at 3 p.m. Oct. 2; the next Oct. 3 at 3 p.m. Ihere will be sol dier encampments, antiques. Civil War col lectibles, arts and crafts, and live entertainment on two stages. A reception fol lowed at the Fetterman Museum. The September evening encouraged the many guests to enjoy min gling around large tables in the courtyard. Inside the deliciously different buffets of Harriet Spears included individual Chinese boxes of sweet and sour and pasta with pesto to mention a couple.
