ments and the terms of the Deed to
Secure Debt and Note. The indebted
ness remaining in default, the sale will
be made for the purpose of applying
proceeds thereof to the payment of
the indebtedness secured by the
Deed to Secure Debt, accrued interest
and expenses of the sale and other
sums secured by the Deed to Secure
Debt, including the attorney’s fees,

applied as provided by law.

executed and delivered to the United
States of America, acting through the
United States Department of Agricul
ture, a Deed to Secure Debt convey
ing certain real estate located in

Deed to Secure Debt was recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court for Houston County, Georgia, in

WHEREAS, the United States of
America now holds the above
described security deed covering the
