‘Mama, I’m Sorry’ to be presented locally

A two-day music ant! drama fes
tival has been planned at the
Greater Word of Deliverance Church
for Dec. 10-11. Admission will be
one toy per person - to be given at
Christmas time to needy children.
The events are being hosted by
Milton Wynn IE, of Hit Records, and
will begin on Dec 10 at 7 pjn. with
a production of the hit gospel music
play, 'Mama, I'm Sorry*, which has
been shown to enthusiastic audi
ences across the country, and recent
ly at the City Auditorium in Macon.
According to Wynn, some mem
bers of the touring cast will be in the
play, along with local talent.
On the evening of Dec. 11, the
gospel group 'Decision' will sing.
This group, which has recently pro
duced a CD on the Hit Records label,
includes Houston County vocalists
Milton Wynn IE, Lula Wynn, Sanya
Wynn, Pamela Wynn, Helena
Wynn, Anthony Wynn, Tish Wynn,
Keatra Bass, Alicia Gilmore, Ralph
Glover, Dameo Smarts, Akim
Thompson, Mrio Belvin, Adoma
□ark, Valerie Lee, and Shanika
Howard.
Also on the Dec. 11 program will
be Christian comedian lay Boy, and
the Chi Phi Lambda Christian Step
Team.

Massee Lane has Open
House this weekend
FORT VALLEY - The Christmas
season at Massee Lane Camellia
Gardens begins on Dec. 5 with an
open house from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
The Society's annual Festival of
Trees exhibit will open on that date,
with eight local organization dis
playing decorated trees.
Visitors can also enjoy the gar
dens, where camellias are now in
bloom. The gift shop will also be
open.

Tour of homes is set in
Warner Robins
WARNER ROBINS The Warn
er Robins Junior Women's Club will
help to kick off the Christmas sea
son in Houston County Dec. 4 as
they host their annual Hobday Tour
of Homes from 2 to B p.m. Proceeds
are used to benefit women and chil
dren's charities in Houston County.

Springs.

been added to make the tour more
exciting and to ready put people in
the holiday spirit. We are very for
tunate to have Mark Ballard, a mid
dle Georgia artist who will be pro
viding decorating demonstrations at
one of the homes,' Berry said.
'Several of the decorators will
have hobday items for sale. The
Woman's Club of Warner Robins is
also a very special part of this year's
tour. We are so pleased to have these
wonderful ladies helping us provide
you with yummy goodies to either
enjoy while touring or to take home
to share with friends and famikes.'

THANKSGIVING FUN - Dominique Scott, who is
“almost Jive", was one oj the many children who
enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner with their parents at the
Sugarplum Day Care Center. The children wore Pilgrim
and Indian headpieces and loaded up their plates with
turkey and the trimmings, and corn on the cob.
