there will be sold at public outcry to

dated July 15, 1985, recorded in Map

Houston Superior Court. Said plat and

conveyed subject to Protective
Covenants appearing of record in
Deed Book 711, Pages 762-769,

The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is declared due
