Dr. John Rawlings will be

best known preachers in
America, according to
Crossroads pastor. Cliff

Rawlings pastored the
great Landmark Baptist

now almost 90 and is active
ly involved in helping new

No fatalities reported
during December
Members of the Georgia
State Patrol stationed at
Perry investigated 11 traffic
accidents in the county dur
ing December.
Sgt. Brack of the post
said there were nine injuries
but no fatalities in these
wrecks.
Brack said his officers
made 678 arrests and
issued 459 warnings during
the month.
Some 49 pending traffic
cases were disposed of dur
ing the month including 46
guilty pleas and three nolo
contendere pleas.
Fines and forfeitures dur
ing December resulted in
$12,277 being paid to
courts of Houston County,
Brack said.
New theater company to
offer comedy
WARNER ROBINS The
Women’s Theatre Project
will present Tea with Jacob,
a comic misadventure in
three acts by Pat Wilson at
the Warner Robins Little
Theater Jan. 14-15.
The Women’s Theatre
Project is, according to pub
licist Becky Yeatman, a
group of local women who
began performing together
last summer when the pro
duced Talking With for the
Warner Robins Knights of
Columbus and the Warner
Robins Little Theatre Kalei
doscope series.
Yeatman said this second
production is a comedy of
errors in which two sisters
attempt to carry out the
wishes of their recently
deceased uncle.
The cast includes Paula
Johns, Pat Phillips, Peggy
Vesely, Yeatman and Celia
Hohnadel, who directs the
show.
Yeatman said the group
chooses scripts with mini
mal production require
ments and varied lengths to
