9, 1989, recorded September 7, 1989,
in Deed Book 854, Page 433, and in
Deed Book 854, Page 440, Clerk’s

security deed being given to secure a
note in the original principal amount
totaling Twenty-Eight Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars and No Cents, with
interest from date as stated therein,
there will be sold by the undersigned at
public outcry to the highest bidder foi

legal hours of sale on the First Tuesday

The debt secured by said security
deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of. among other possible
events of default, non-payment of
monthly installments on said loan. The
debt remaining in default, this sale will
