reason of default in the payment of said
secured indebtedness in accordance with
the terms of the Promissory Note and
Deed to Secure Debt held by Guaranty
Bank, 5.5.8., the entire indebtedness has
been declared due and payable. The debt
remaining in default, the property will be
sold as the property of Michelle Lee
McDuffie the proceeds to be applied to
the payment of the indebtedness,
attorney’s fees ( notice of intention to
collect attorney’s fees having been given
in accordance with Georgia law), and the
lawful expenses of said sale, all as
provided in the Note and the Deed to
Secure Debt. The sale will be subject to
any and all unpaid taxes and
assessments, any matters which would
be disclosed by an accurate survey or by
inspection of the property, any zoning
ordinances, all outstanding bills for public
utilities which constitute liens upon the
property, and all restrictions, easements,
