WHEREAS, heretofore on June 26,
1987, Fernando G. Hernandez, Jr. and
Susan M. Hernandez, in order to
secure a note of even date therewith,
did execute to FIRST FEDERAL SAV
INGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF

Secure Debt Debt from Stephen

SUNMARK COMMUNITY BANK dated
February 22, 2002 and recorded at
Deed Book 2029, Page 305, Houston
County, Georgia Records, conveying
the after-described property to secure
a Note in the original principal amount
of $63,822.50, with interest thereon as
provided therein, there will be sold by
the undersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash before the
courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, during the legal hours of sale
on the first Tuesday in January, 2003,
to wit: January 07, 2003, the following
