How do I change my Web page's display font?
Dear TechnoFiles:
I want to change the
default font for a Web site
that I have, yet when I look
at it in Internet Explorer, it
has gone back to Times New
Roman. How can I override
the browser’s default font
when I create my Web
pages? I’m using Front Page
2000. - Kelly in WR
Dear Kelly:
The font you specify on the
Default Font tab is used by
Front Page only, and does not
affect how the page will be dis
played in a Web browser. This is
very confusing, as one would
think all programs these days
would be WYSIWYG (What You
See Is What You Get - pro
nounced “wizzywig”). When
you change the default font in
Front Page, it only affects the
font that Front Page uses while
you’re editing your Web pages.
Not very useful for when you
want to have your Web pages
displayed in that font.
To use a default font other
than Times New Roman for
your Web site, follow these
steps:
• Drag the pointer to select
the text you want to be dis-

A local IRA expert and retire

explained advisor and IRA

free report that will be distrib

while supplies last.
When asked w ho should order

that any IRA holder with at

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations will conduct an accreditation survey
of Central Georgia Home Care Services on August 27, 28, 29, 2003. The purpose of the survey will
be to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.
The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation
should be awarded the organization.
Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality and safety of care issues and the safety of
the environment in which care is provided. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid
information about such matters may request a public information interview with the Joint Commission's
field representatives at the time of the survey. Information presented at the interview will be carefully
evaluated for relevance to the accreditation process. Requests for a public information interview must
be made in writing and should be sent to the Joint Commission no later than five working days before
the survey begins. The request must also indicate the nature of the information to be provided at the
interview. Such requests should be addressed to:
Division of Accreditation Operations
Office of Quality Monitoring
Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations
One Renaissance Boulevard
Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181
or Faxed to 630/792-5636
or E-mailed to complaint@jcaho.org
The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring will acknowledge in writing or by telephone
requests received 10 days before the survey begins. An Account Representative will contact the
individual requesting the public information interview prior to survey, indicating the location, date, and
time of the interview and the name of the surveyor who will conduct the interview.

Finally, the All Devices and

it promises: A printed report for
each device or hardware type
that is installed on your com
puter, as well as a summary of
your computer. If you have
many devices installed on your
computer, this may be a very

You can save the results of

directing them straight to the
printer. Unfortunately, this is
not as easy as printing out the
reports, as there isn’t a “Save”
