‘Johnny Appleseed’ visits Perdue Primary
Henry Werner (a.k.a.
Johnny Appleseed)
grabbed the atten
tion of students at
David A. Perdue
Primary School
recently. From the
pot on his head to the
clothes that he wore
and the dirt on his
feet, Werner brought
the legend of Johnny
Appleseed alive. The
stories he shared
totally mesmerized
the students during
the time that he
appeared in each
classroom.
