Franklin said the fire
began in apartment 24,
which was vacant. It does
look like a case of suspected
arson, he said.
Eight apartments received
fire and/or smoke damage

of the complex was burned,
Franklin said.

‘What can I do to plant the
seed now in order to make
an investment into my
future?’ Everyone needs to

Why did he invest into his
future?
“Donating means saving
jobs and providing the capa

the top United States Air
