My Mp On IHe Itanic
It was a beautiful day in April
1912, when my family boarded
the Titanic. My friends—
Adrianna, Jamie, and Christie,
went with me. When we got on
the boat we had to get our room
pass. My mom and my friends
and I went on a tour. We saw
all kinds of stuff. There was
gold and silver. That night, it
was cold. Everybody was
screaming and jumping off the
boat too. The boat was sinking.
My mom , my friends, and I
jumped off the boat and still
stayed alive.

How the Zebra Got Its
stripes
Long ago, zebras didn’t have
stripes. The zebras were plain
white. One day, the zebra said:
“I’m gonna go to the beauty
salon so I can be shiny at the
meeting. When the zebra got to
the beauty salon, a lady acci
dentally put a special cologne
that was black on the zebra and
wasn’t paying attention to her,
and sprayed lines all over the
zebra. When the zebra opened
her eyes, she screamed and
said, “What have you done to
my beautiful skin?” “I’m going
to a very important meeting
and I can’t go looking like this.”
When the zebra go to the meet
ing, everyone was saying,
“Where did you get those
stripes”? Then everyone start
ed to get stripes.

My Favorite Zoo Animal
My favorite animal at the zoo
is the elephant. They are very
interesting animals. Elephants
like to play a lot, so it is pretty
fun. When I’m feeding them, I
just have to watch out for the
long tusks.
Elephants are very peaceful
animals and are calm around
strangers. They really listen
and pay attention. Elephants
to me, are like really huge peo
ple. They are my friends. They
barely fight. They don’t forget
you if you talk with them a lot;
and that’s exactly what I do.

Tbe Amazing Zoo Koopor
I am the zoo keeper, and I
take care of the animals here.
Our zoo’s name is The Atlanta
Zoo. The animals are amazing
and nice to people who visit
here. We allow people to come
and look at the animals when
they’re fed; and they’re trained
to be nice to people and not to
get scared.
Everyday at 7:00 a.m., I go to
feed animals in the wildlife.
Some animals are in cages
because they’re trained to be in
a cage. I try to make the new
animals feel as if they’re at
home, because some animals
are unfamiliar with our
wildlife.
At midday, cars are coming
through to look at the animals
and the wildlife; so I have to
make sure the animals don’t
get on the road. I feed the ani
mals their dinner, then I clean
the animals’ cages who have a
cage, and let the animals go to
sleep. I love being a zoo keeper.

The Best Day OutsMelll
One afternoon me, Alex,
Trayshawn, and Daren were
playing freeze tag outside. I
was freezing Alex and Daren
like crazy people. When Alex
froze me Trayshawn unfroze
me.
We chased Alex so long that
he collapsed and when he was
down we froze him. Then we
aimed for his partner Daren.
We chased him until he col
lapsed too!! I said to
Trayshawn, “You know what,
we make a great team!!” Then
she froze me. I said, “You evil
child.” Then she froze all of us
and then unfroze us. We double
teamed Trayshawn and froze
her. “Time for you,” they said.
Daren tackled me and Alex
started punching me. I told
Alex, “You better be glad he is
holding me down because if he
wasn’t holding me you really
would have been crying.”
Alex ran behind the house.
We looked for him and he was
nowhere in sight. Trayshawn
and I told his mom. She came
out yelling, “Boy if you don’t
get your but over here in five
minutes your behind will
belong to me!” We all laughed.
When he came out from hid
ing we played a little bit more,
but we got tired later on. I said,
“I have an idea, why don’t we
go to the pool and play Marco
Polo.” We got on our swimming
clothes and I got on
Trayshawn’s back, and Alex
hopped on Daren’s back. Alex
and I battled, I won! I bragged
and said, “I warned you about
he choke hold, but you didn’t
listen!” Next I went against
Daren and he beat me. He said,
“Who‘s the champion now?”
After that Daren verses
Trayshawn. Trayshawn won
the game. Daren said, “I only
